At CostLess Wholesale, all purchases are made in-store and subject to the following policy:
Returns & Exchanges
- Items may be exchanged or eligible for store credit only within 14 days of purchase
- A valid receipt is required
- Items must be:
Unused
In original condition
In original packaging (if applicable)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:
- Food & beverages
- Beauty and personal care products
Final Sale Items
- All items marked as Sale or purchased during promotional events are Final Sale
- These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited
Additional Conditions
- CostLess Wholesale reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the above conditions
- Store credit may be issued at management’s discretion
