SmartAdjust™ can automatically change your -3% to 12% incline and your 0-12 MPH speed based on your workout history and performance for a hands-free, immersive experience. Connect a heart rate monitor using Bluetooth® and turn on iFIT’s ActivePulse™ feature so that the automatic treadmill adjustments change based on your target heart rate zone.
