At CostLess Wholesale, all purchases are made in-store and subject to the following policy:

Returns & Exchanges

  • Items may be exchanged or eligible for store credit only within 14 days of purchase
  • A valid receipt is required
  • Items must be:
    Unused
    In original condition
    In original packaging (if applicable)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

  • Food & beverages
  • Beauty and personal care products

Final Sale Items

  • All items marked as Sale or purchased during promotional events are Final Sale
  • These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited

Additional Conditions

  • CostLess Wholesale reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the above conditions
  • Store credit may be issued at management’s discretion
